Dean Carroll, Chief Executive of Lumo Energy, Infratil's wholly owned
Australian electricity and gas retailing business, has decided that he would
like to pursue other interests and will leave the company in September. Mr
Carroll has been in this role since October 2011 and has made a material
contribution to the transformation and success of Lumo Energy.
The Board would like to thank Dean for his role in building Lumo Energy over
the last two years and wish him every success in the future.
Rhoda Phillippo, current Director of Lumo Energy and Executive Director,
Operations at H.R.L. Morrison & Co will assume the role of interim Managing
Director of Lumo Energy while a permanent CEO recruitment process is
conducted.
