Just Water International Limited - Appointment of Chief Executive
The directors of Just Water International Limited are pleased to announce the
appointment of Ian Ormiston to the position of Chief Executive.
Ian's early career was with NZ Dairy Group and Carter Holt Harvey. He joined
Les Mills International Limited in 2004 and after several international roles
was appointed CEO Les Mills Asia Pacific Limited.
For the last four years he has been Managing Director of SP Health Pty Ltd, a
Sydney based company with operations in Australia, the US and the UK.
The Directors believe his skills and experience make him ideally suited to
assuming this role and taking the company forward.
Ian is succeeding Tony Falkenstein in the role of Chief Executive. Tony will
continue his involvement in the position of 'Founding Director', and will be
focusing on new opportunities for the business.

Just Water International Limited operates in New Zealand and Australia
supplying water-coolers, drinking water and filters for the home and office.
The Company was listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange (Alternative Market)
in 2004.
The New Zealand business was started in 1989, and has grown to a base of over
35,000 recurring contracts, the Company deriving a recurring income either
from monthly rental, water sales or maintenance agreements.
The Australian business arose through the acquisition of Clearwater Filter
Systems (Aust) Pty Limited in 2005 to take advantage of the growth of
point-of-use water-coolers in Australia. Clearwater has its Head Office in
Sydney, with branch offices in Brisbane and Melbourne.
