Appointment of COO to Just Water International Limited

The Board of Directors of Just Water International Limited ("JWI") are
pleased to advise that Eldon Roberts has been appointed to the role of Chief
Operating Officer ("COO") effective 1 January 2015.

Eldon will continue his responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer.
