OFFICE: KRK: Appointment of new Acting CEO

The directors of Kirkcaldie & Stains Limited (the Company) announce that Mr
Philip Shewell will relinquish his position as Acting CEO effective 30 June
2015. The Company's Financial Controller, Orsola Del Sante-Bland, has been
appointed as Acting CEO to lead the management team of Kirkcaldies during the
transition period until 1 February 2016.
Ms Del Sante-Bland will assume the role of Acting CEO on 1 July 2015.
The directors wish to thank Mr Shewell for his outstanding contribution
during his temporary appointment.
