OFFICE: MEL: Meridian General Manager of ICT to resign

Glen McLatchie, the General Manager of the Information Communications and
Technology business unit, has advised he is leaving Meridian. Glen has been
with Meridian since May 2010 and leaves to join SKYCITY as Chief Information
Officer.

Glen's resignation will take effect from 31 March 2016.
