METLIFECARE - EXECUTIVE TEAM APPOINTMENT
Metlifecare (NZX: MET, ASX: MEQ) is pleased to announce the appointment of
Charlie Anderson as General Manager Property & Development from 1 July 2015.
Charlie has more than twenty years' property development and corporate real
estate experience, including senior management roles, with multi-national
companies in the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Charlie will work
with Metlifecare's Executive Team to strengthen the company's focus on
growth.
Metlifecare has welcomed the first residents to its two new villages
(Greenwich Gardens in Unsworth Heights and The Orchards in Glenfield) over
the past month and looks forward to welcoming many more residents in coming
months. The company now has 25 operational villages.
The company is continuing to undertake due diligence for its two new sites in
Red Beach and Manukau.
