Notice Pursuant to Listing Rule 10.6.1(d)   -  Resignation of Officer
The Company announces that after 18 years managing the group's international
brand and marketing , Sue Szylvester ( the Group Marketing Executive)  has
decided to pursue her own interests.  Details of a replacement for Sue will
be announced in due course.
The Company thanks Sue for her dedicated contribution over the years and
wishes her the very best for the future.
