Mighty River Power has today announced that Tracy Ellis has resigned her
position as General Manager Human Resources, and will leave the business on
30 November 2012.

Tracy leaves Mighty River Power to take up her new role as People & Culture
Director with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, commencing on 3 December 2012.
