Toni Laming to leave Mighty River Power

Following the announcement of changes to Mighty River Power's leadership team
the former GM Strategy & Communications, Toni Laming, has decided to pursue
other opportunities.

The changes announced on December 11 established two new roles on the lead
team, Chief Marketing Officer and GM Digital Services, reporting to Chief
Executive, Fraser Whineray. The previous roles of GM Customer and GM Strategy
& Communications were disestablished.

Mr Whineray said Ms Laming had opted not to seek either of the new roles and
thanked her for her contribution at Mighty River Power. She will leave the
Company on 18 December 2015.
