OFFICE: MTF: MTF appoints Glen Todd as Interim Chief Executive Officer

MTF advises that Glen Todd, Chief Financial Officer, has accepted the role of
Interim Chief Executive Officer, commencing 1 December 2014. Glen has been
with the company for many years and, as a key member of the senior management
team, is involved in all facets of the business.

MTF has previously advised that Angus Bradshaw, Managing Director, retires on
30 November 2014. Angus has successfully led MTF since 1997, during which
time MTF has lead the industry in online origination, converted from a
cooperative to an investor owned company, launched a successful franchise
business and developed a reliable and efficient wholesale funding base. Angus
has built a strong team at MTF and leaves the company well positioned for
continued growth.

The process for recruiting a suitable replacement is well advanced and MTF
expects to announce an appointment in the near future.
