Motor Trade Finances Ltd (MTF) advises that Managing Director Angus Bradshaw
has given notice of his retirement, with his notice period ending on 30
November 2014.

Angus has successfully led MTF since 1997, during which time MTF has lead the
industry in online origination, converted from a cooperative to an investor
owned company, launched the successful franchise business and developed a
reliable and efficient wholesale funding base. Angus has built a strong team
at MTF and leaves the company well positioned for continued growth.

The search for a successor has begun and Angus will work with the Board to
manage the transition.
