OFFICE: NFF: Management Change

Nufarm Limited announced today that Group Executive Corporate Strategy &
External Affairs, Robert Reis, will be leaving the company in mid October of
this year.

Nufarm Managing Director and CEO, Greg Hunt, said Robert joined the senior
management team in early 1991 and has made an important contribution in key
areas including strategy, corporate activity, communications and investor
relations over that period.

Robert is now working with the senior team on a transition plan covering his
areas of responsibility. As part of that process, senior finance manager,
Mark Keating, will be appointed General Manager, Investor Relations, from the
beginning of September.  Mark joined Nufarm in 2003 and has had broad
exposure to the business via a number of senior finance roles, including a
period as acting Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibility for strategic planning will be shared more broadly across the
Nufarm leadership group.

The company is now recruiting for a new senior corporate affairs leader.
