Company Secretary appointed
The Board of New Talisman Gold Mines Limited (NTL) has appointed Mr Richard
Justice as Company Secretary with effect from today. Mr Justice replaces Mr
Franco Girotto as Company Secretary of NTL, with effect from 11th February
2016.
The Board would like to thank Mr Girotto for his service since his
appointment to the role of Company Secretary in September 2014.
Mr Justice has a background as an experienced Accountant and Chief Financial
Officer, as well as having qualified as a Company Secretary over 30 years ago
and has worked for NZX, ASX and NASDAQ listed businesses in the past. Mr
Justice has Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration
qualifications from the University of Auckland.
