CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER'S NOTICE

NZ Windfarms Limited ("NWF") advises that Garry Forward, (Chief Financial
Officer) has given notice to terminate his services under the provisions of
his contract for services, with effect from 1 May 2012.

NZ Windfarms Limited is working through its options for a replacement.
