4 May 2012 - Further to previous announcements, the NZX Board today announces
the effective date of the resignation of Mark Weldon as a Director and CEO as
4 May 2012.

The NZX Board is also pleased to announce the effective date of the
appointment of Tim Bennett as CEO as 7 May 2012.
