Resignation of Officer - Caroline Leckie

7 May 2012 - NZX advises that Caroline Leckie has resigned as Head of Market
Supervision, effective 18 May, to take up a position with Lehman Brothers in
the UK.

NZX wishes Caroline well for her future challenges.

Robyn Dey, NZX's Interim Dual Head of Market Supervision and Head of
Regulatory Affairs, will assume the role of Head of Market Supervision on 21
May.
