OFFICE: OHE: Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

Orion Health Group Limited ("OHE") announces that Rodney Hyde, Chief
Financial Officer of OHE, has resigned with effect from 29 May 2015 after the
announcement of the preliminary 2015 full year results.

Ian McCrae, CEO, said "On behalf of Orion Health I would like to thank Rodney
Hyde for his hard work and contribution to Orion Health over the past four
years and especially for his efforts during the past 18 months to contribute
towards the successful listing of Orion Health.  Rodney leaves behind a
capable team and a positive legacy, and we wish him all success with his
future endeavours".  The recruitment of a new Chief Financial Officer will
begin immediately.  In the event of a gap prior to making a permanent
appointment, Graeme Wilson, OHE's Chief Operating Officer, will assume the
responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer on an interim basis.
