Resignation of Senior Vice President of Sales

Pushpay Holdings Limited (NZSX:PAY) ('Pushpay' or 'the Company') announces
that the Company's Senior Vice President of Sales, Shane Harwell has advised
the Board of his resignation effective 9 February 2016. Matt Tresidder, the
Company's Director of Sales Development will assume the Vice President of
Sales' responsibilities for the time being.
Chris Heaslip, Pushpay's Chief Executive Officer said, "Shane has been
instrumental in helping the company improve its sales processes whilst the
Company rapidly scales for growth. We are extremely grateful to Shane for
everything he has done for Pushpay. Shane leaves with our best wishes for the
future and our thanks for the contribution he made during his time at
Pushpay."
Pushpay has commenced a search for a replacement and is looking to fill the
position in the USA.
