OFFICE: PCT: Senior Management changes

Precinct is pleased to announce that it has appointed George Crawford,
currently Precinct's Chief Financial Officer, to the role of Chief Operating
Officer.

Scott Pritchard, Precinct's CEO said "Precinct has entered a more active
phase in the execution of its strategy with its development activities at
Wynyard Quarter, Downtown and in Wellington.  This has increased the resource
requirements of the business activities as well as financial and capital
management.   George has played a key role in advancing our strategy to date
and this new role will help ensure a strong commercial focus is maintained on
our key strategic initiatives.

George was appointed as Precinct's Chief Financial Officer in October 2010
and has significant experience in the New Zealand listed property sector.  In
his new role George will retain his focus on financial and capital
management, assume responsibility for risk and compliance, human resources
and take a more active role in the commercial aspects of major strategic
initiatives.

This new role builds on a significant strengthening of capability within
Precinct's management team over the last 12 months, with the appointment of
Richard Hilder to the role of General Manager Finance and the establishment
of four new full time development management roles.
