NICK COBHAM RESIGNATION, INTERIM RESULTS WEBCAST
Property For Industry Limited (PFI) advises today that Nick Cobham - Joint
General Manager - has tendered his resignation from McDougall Reidy & Co
Limited and PFI.
Nick was appointed as General Manager of PFI when PFIM Limited (a company
associated to McDougall Reidy & Co Limited) purchased the management rights
for PFI from AMP Capital Investors in January 2012. Since that time PFI's
portfolio has grown from $356m to $875m as at 31 December 2014, with
considerable portfolio enhancements undertaken during this period.
Nick has provided a notice period of up to 31 December 2015 to enable a
smooth transition of duties prior to his departure.
Peter Masfen and Greg Reidy, on behalf of the Directors and management of
PFI, thank Nick for his valuable contribution to the company and wish him
well in his future career endeavours.
Simon Woodhams will continue in the role of General Manager of PFI.
PFI also advises that it will release its annual results for the six months
ended 30 June 2015 to the New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZX) on Tuesday, 11
August 2015.
