Appointment of Nick Berry, New Business Growth Manager
PGG Wrightson Limited (PGW) is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick
Berry to the new role of New Business Growth Manager.
Nick joins PGW from RD1 where he has been General Manager for the last eight
years, primarily overseeing the network of 67 stores, the Property division,
the Store Development team and the Livestock team.
Nick will take responsibility for executing the Agritrade strategy into the
PGW store network and other resellers and growing the PGW Retail dairy
offering and strategy. He will also take a key role in leading new growth
initiatives that the business pursues as part of implementing the 'Growth'
component of PGW's strategy.
Chief Executive, Mark Dewdney said "he was delighted that Nick has chosen to
join PGW - it is a clear reflection of how the business was being perceived
in the market as having the right strategy and the people in place to deliver
it."
Nick will join the business on 7 July 2014 based in Hamilton and report to
PGW's General Manager Retail, Stephen Guerin.
