OFFICE: PGW: Appointment of PGG Wrightson Chief Financial Officer
PGG Wrightson is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Scott to the
role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Peter originally hails from the Hawkes Bay and has had broad business
experience, nationally and internationally, in businesses such as Fletcher
Challenge, Norske Skog and Gloucester Coal. Peter has extensive CFO
experience in listed companies and has led several large programmes focused
on growth, acquisitions and group productivity improvement initiatives.
Peter is looking forward to joining PGG Wrightson and to returning to New
Zealand and will be based in Christchurch.
PGG Wrightson's Chief Executive, Mark Dewdney said that he was "very pleased
to be welcoming Peter to the company. He has good experience in many areas
that are highly relevant to PGG Wrighton's business and areas where we are
wanting to have increased focus."
Peter will report to Mark Dewdney and will join PGG Wrightson on 13 April
2015.
