OFFICE: PLE: PLE - New Chief Financial Officer Announced
Gary Holden, CEO of Pulse Energy Limited today announced the departure of
CFO, Shane Sampson and the appointment of Rosemary Ferguson to Chief
Financial Officer and Company Secretary, effective 1 October 2015.
Shane Sampson has been a highly effective CFO during his time with Pulse. He
was instrumental in implementing many operational and financial improvements
during his tenure. Shane provided strong leadership as the company
established new financial facilities adapted to new prudential arrangements
in the market and positioned itself for continued growth.
Shane has also been effective in ensuring the company has a strong finance
team. To that end, the company is very pleased to announce that Rosemary
Ferguson, who has been working in a consulting capacity in the role of Deputy
CFO, has accepted the role of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.
"Shane's industry experience and awareness of the complexities of the
deregulated electricity market has helped solidify our position as one of the
leading independent energy retailers." Mr. Holden said. "Rosemary's
capability and background will allow this foundation to be built on further.
As our current Deputy CFO, she will be able to move into the position quite

Rosemary Ferguson is a seasoned executive with experience in the electricity
and financial services sectors including most recently Group Financial
Controller at Mighty River Power.
