SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited advises, pursuant to NZX Listing Rule
10.6.1(d), that:

a)David Christian (currently General Manager Adelaide) has been appointed as
Acting General Manager SKYCITY Darwin effective from 1 November 2014;

b)Aaron Morrison (currently General Manager Business Development and Investor
Relations) has been appointed Acting General Manager Adelaide effective from
1 November 2014; and

c)as a consequence of Rob Hamilton's appointment as Chief Financial Officer
(announced to the market on 13 August 2014) effective from 13 October 2014,
Richard Smyth (formerly Acting Chief Financial Officer) is no longer an
officer of the company.  However, Mr Smyth has now been appointed Deputy
Chief Financial Officer.
