Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 10.6.1(d), SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited
announces the resignation of Brad Morgan, General Manager SKYCITY Darwin.

Mr Morgan, who has been SKYCITY Darwin's General Manager since October 2010,
is moving back with his family to Queensland.  SKYCITY's General Manager of
HR and Corporate Services, Ms Grainne Troute has commenced the process of
securing a new General Manager for our Darwin property.

Mr Morgan's last day with SKYCITY will be 1 January 2015.
