LISTING RULE 10.7.1 - CHANGES IN OFFICERS AT SNAKK MEDIA (SNK)

For the purposes of Listing Rule 10.7.1, SNK notifies NZX that Neil
Livingstone is departing from his role as interim CFO, effective from 5
October 2015. Malcolm Lindeque will become the sole acting CFO effective
immediately.
