OFFICE: STU: New GM for S&T Stainless

Steel & Tube announces the resignation of Gary Smith as General Manager of
S&T Stainless.
Mr Smith and wife Lindsay are returning to their native UK for family
reasons.
Steve Kubala will take on the role of General Manager, S&T Stainless,
effective December 1. He will be part of the S&T Lead Team, reporting to
CEO Dave Taylor.
Mr Kubala first joined S&T with the purchase of Cable Price Steel in 1989. In
1995 he left to join Mico Wakefield, returning to S&T in 2007. Since that
time he has held a number of senior managerial roles across the company.
His most recent, as Integration Manager, has seen him working closely with
S&T's newly acquired Stainless business and leaves him well-placed to ensure
a seamless transition as the company continues its integration programme.
