RESIGNATION OF OFFICER

Summerset Group Holdings Limited advises the retirement of Catherine Fyfe
from the role of General Manager HR, effective April 2014.

Summerset thanks Catherine for the contribution she has made and wishes her
the best for her retirement.

Recruitment for a suitable candidate to assume this role will be undertaken
in due course.
