Trilogy International appoints Lindsay Render as CFO and Company Secretary

Trilogy International Limited (NZX:TIL) is pleased to advise the appointment
of Lindsay Render to the position of Chief Financial Officer and Company
Secretary effective 12 October.

Lindsay joins TIL from Spark where she held the position of Head of Finance
for the Home, Mobile, Business division.  She is a Chartered Accountant with
over 15 years of commercial experience. Prior to Spark, Lindsay spent nine
years at Vodafone in Finance and Commercial Roles.
