New company secretary
Trade Me has appointed Sarah Hard as company secretary, and she will start
the role in February 2013. She will join the executive team, and will report
to Trade Me CEO Jon Macdonald.
Mrs Hard is currently legal counsel for Fairfax Media in New Zealand. Prior
to Fairfax, she held roles as corporate counsel for NZTE and as company
secretary for Independent Newspapers Ltd.
Trade Me's current company secretary is Linda Cox, who will continue in the
role until February 2013.
