OFFICE: TRP: Changes to Transpower's General Management Team

Transpower advises that General Manager Grid Performance, Garth Dibley will
depart the company on 25 July 2014 to take up a Chief Executive role in the
Energy Sector.

Jim Tocher, Transpower's current General Manager Information Systems and
Technology will become Acting General Manager Grid Performance from 26 July.

Cobus Nel, Transpower's Strategy and Architecture Manager will become Acting
General Manager Information Systems and Technology from 26 July.
