OFFICE: VHP: Vital adds senior executive to Australian team
Vital Healthcare Management Limited (the 'Manager'), the manager of Vital
Healthcare Property Trust ('Vital') today confirmed the appointment of
Cameron Ramsay to the Australian business.
Over the last five years Vital has experienced a period of strong growth and
sees significant potential for further scale & diversification opportunities
in the Australian market. The Manager also recognises the need to add
capability to continue delivering on Vital's strategy.
Accordingly, the Manager has appointed Cameron Ramsay as National
Acquisitions Manager for Vital with his new role effective 1st of April 2016.
Cameron will report to Richard Roos, Managing Director of Vital's Australian
business.
Most recently, Cameron was an Associate Director of Ernst and Young's (EY)
Real Estate Advisory Team in Melbourne. Cameron brings with him a wealth of
healthcare real estate experience including valuation and advisory services.
He has developed valuable client relationships across a diverse range of
healthcare real estate owners including the government, not-for-profit and
for profit sectors which Vital will benefit from.
