Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
The Warehouse Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Yeoman as
Chief Financial Officer of The Warehouse Group with effect from 15 December
2014.
Mark has held several executive positions, most recently as Chief Financial
Officer for the New Zealand Post Group and before that he was CFO at Airways,
CEO at Samoa's telecom and postal company. Prior to that he held senior roles
in a wide-range of technology based businesses in Australia and New Zealand
including Telecom, Solution6 and his own start up technology company.
Group Chief Executive Officer Mark Powell says "Mark has a diverse finance,
commercial, technology, financial services and leadership background,
covering start-ups through to large organisations, which will enable him to
make a significant contribution to the company. The Executive Team and I are
looking forward to Mark joining The Warehouse Group."
