Resignation of Chief Financial Officer
The Board of The Warehouse Group Limited regrets to advise that Luke Bunt has
resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Group after having served 10 years
in the role.
During this time Luke has made a very significant contribution to the company
across a number of areas. In particular he has been instrumental in
rationalising the Group's operating activities including the exit from
Australia, growing the company's financial services business and in
strengthening the Group's financial position and funding arrangements. Over
the past three years Luke has driven the company's property programme
including land acquisitions and divestments, new stores and the company's
most recent retail centre developments in Silverdale and Royal Oak.
Luke will continue to support the business until his leaving date of 30 April
2012. A search for a new Chief Financial Officer will begin immediately.
The directors and Chief Executive thank Luke for all he has done for the
business and wish him well for the future.
