XERO ANNOUNCES ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE
Xero Limited (ASX/NZX: XRO) today announced that Ross Jenkins, its Chief
Operating Officer and interim Chief Financial Officer, will retire by the end
of this calendar year following a transition to incoming Chief Financial
Officer, Sankar Narayan.
Xero announced the appointment of Narayan in June of this year. Narayan is
currently Chief Financial Officer for Virgin Australia and will take up his
new role at Xero this October.
Also announced today, Andrew Lark, currently Xero's Chief Marketing Officer,
will expand his responsibilities, with immediate effect, to cover all
go-to-market activities including sales, marketing, education and partnering.
