Following a four month sabbatical, Alastair Grigg returns to the business in
January 2014 as General Manager - Platform Ventures. Alastair was previously
Xero's Chief Operating Officer; these functions have been assumed by Duncan
Ritchie in his capacity as Chief Platform Officer.
In his new role, Alastair will be responsible for developing new product
offerings that support Xero's growth strategy and platform vision. His
initial focus will be on banking and payments opportunities.
