I reckon that makes sense - Spacetalk selling the app through SKY rather than through the app stores.
The download figures from foo ling yu would present the shopping channel and direct sales of Spacetalk (from the website).
If I remember correctly MF talked about how the lower price for the app through the SKY deal is offset in part by not having to pay a commission to the app stores, and in part by anticipated volume of sales. Presumably SKY apps would not show up in the app store download data.
