Ophir Energy rated the COS of Starfish-1 was 20% so when it came in as a duster I suppose they weren't surprised.
You seem to doubt Ophir Energy's expertise? Last year they drilled 6 wells and all were successful. (They have had 9 successes in Tanzania plus more in Kenya and Equatorial Guinea)
