re: Ann: RIA: Offshore Accra Contract Area Si... sheepskin - yep, I certainly don't agree with Coops that TAP will persevere here. There was no free carry when they farmed down before and the result was a duster so there's no chance now. Presumably Starfish-1 was drilled into the best location as defined by the seismic and cost something close to $80 mill. Hard to see the JV partners stumping up this sort of money for another attempt - and though TAP can afford it, my guess its that RIA can't.
Money better spent offshore W.A. or Thailand imo.
