FSM8, there is no guarantee that WPL would get a board seat om FAR. The argument would be that the conflict of interest would be to large. It would simply be a strategic investment to protect their interest if they seen it that way. That's why you haven't seen any of this occur if indeed they've thought about it. WPL would have to make a hostile takeover bid.
