Mr Fair, FM was talking about WPL taking a stake in FAR and then I presume undermining PE at bod level at FAR, that's what I was commenting on. I am saying that WPL could take stake but it is unlikely to get bod seat because of COI and that would be allowed.
Your hullabaloo has been raised many times and is as clear as mud frankly that's why the dispute has occurred and ongoing.
