The JV is clearly toxic, and has been for quite some time...imo . PC has effectively highlighted this in the public arena, and probably caught FAR (again) with their pants down. The Senegalese will now speak, (as sought by CNE) and I doubt FAR holders will like what is delivered. All a lot of nonsense borne of naivety and greed.... any arbitrator would determine as such, (FAR was never in a position technically or financially to PE) and the Govt of Senegal will be furious this has become so public in election year.... if, in the highly unlikely resukt that FAR seeks (PE must be restarted), then CNE and Petrosen will take their share, leaving FAR with perhaps an unfundable small share, and radioactivity that no one will touch...imo.
