Did I miss Something or why Doesn't give any guidance why it will take until end of September for it to be binding??

Another 1000 tons of graphite given away complimentary of Volt shareholders.
How much will it cost to dig this up and ship it to China?
It's not like Volt is flush with money.
That must be up on 5000 tons given away for free at this stage.
Might ring them up and ask for some myself, very generous folks.

Call me a skeptic but why does all the action seem to coincide with option expiry?
Very coincidental all this huge rush for VRC product all of a sudden. A non binding offtake from china has about as much value as a pair of shorts in Antartica.

And all of this based on what, a feasibility study for the new business plan has not even been carried out......
