Same reason why the company shouldn't be calling T20 holders to give them advance notice of an imminent capital raises (which we all know they have been doing in the past)
If there's sensitive information in the pipeline (like project delays or capital raises) Lindsay should do the right thing are tell everyone at the same time. Via an ASX announcement (like the QAR).
