Not this time. Production wasn't due to begin until at least November so he hasn't waited till anywhere near that deadline to tell us it will be delayed to early next year.

I took it to mean that the project will be producing early next year (my take is the first couple of months of next year) and that would give them time to produce, stockpile, sell to the offtake buyer Carrinho and for Carrinho to have time to distribute the fertiliser ahead of the planting season.
The plant capacity according to the DFS is 187,500tpa, The first year's expected production, also from the DFS (table 12-1), is 98,000t so losing a couple of months at the start of the year shouldn't be enough to prevent the plant from producing the 98,000t or affect the total sales for next year. 98,000t requires just over 6 months plant run time so first year's sales and profit should not be affected by a delay of a couple of months into next year. Hopefully we see first production by late January-Feb.
