Yes its not smart of them to provide expectations through means of a timeline. It a recipe to get yourself shot in the foot especially when dealing with Chinese. I know this as I'm Chinese.
Look at GXY, prepayments delayed, but eventually it will happen. Thats why I'm in for the long run, well at least over $1.
