I respectfully disagree as this is an all-round solid agreement with a large number of boxes ticked. Obviously a glass half empty view from you
It allows for future expansion on terms that are satisfying to Pilbara including downside price protection and takeover protection (the 12 month standstill on Ganfeng acquiring additional shares).
