Going to assume there will be an additional PPRT liability which is not in the figures.
PRRT is charged by the ATO....federal government
charge....would not be calculated on profits from sale of gas as it isn't sold....
I am only aware of the NW shelf offshore gas being exempt to the PRRT.
Syngas would be classed as petroleum feedstock(PRRT liability) for the process to make the urea. (unless exempt?)
It may be taxed at the spot market price of gas as a deemed sale?
The ATO don't miss anyone!
But my question is to understand the total full costs.
In all the presentations I watched, I saw no mention of the exemption from PRRT.
