It's been covered here by numerous posters that "initial production" will be 1 million tonnes/yr. The 2-3 million tonnes/yr will be easily achievable given they have their own gas supply onsite (which Incitec's Gibson Island plant didn't) and room for expansion (which Incitec also lacks at Gibson Island). Funding will not be an issue very shortly.
Also, LCK's insitu gasification process does not rely on injecting CO2 to "drive" natural gasses. They will be using air and/or oxygen as they did with their pilot plant that had peak flow of 7.5 MMcf/d
