However, as we've discussed earlier prepayment has not been precluded. We simply need to wait for clarification on the LG chem deal.
What we do know is that LG chem has offered something better than what Mitsui was offering. This is simply a case of impatient people getting bled out. That's fine, it's their money and they can do what they want. I'm putting my money where my mouth is and accumulating.
